I don't know yet mucht about electric gearing but I just bought many pinions and spurs and 2 new motors (16T and 19T modified). Lots of testing ahead since I have no idea where to start and where I am heading.
Please look at my other thread (TB-01 help).

As a starting point, what gearing have you tested.
Let me know if you would like to borrow some gear as a test.
I also have 6 19T pinions. I don't mind giving you one if you need.

OK, I installed the fastest of my 2 new motors - Trinity Speed Gem 16T X2 racing modified together with my new ESC: Novak Dually. WOW....

I had to install the highest gears I had as the acceleration was insane and I could not control the car past halft throttle.

I ended with 22T pignon gear and 52T spur gear. It was a bit of a challange to fit but well worth the effort.

My TB-01 is now pretty fast in top speed (probably around 30MPH) and at the limit of controlability in acceleration. It is a bit faster than my other electric (Kyosho full carbon chassis with 13T modified motor - Did not check the gearing)

Maybe this information can help you with the gearing of your TT-01
